職位描述

Overall accountabilities:
1.Complete diary report and working agenda on time and build up prospect, corporate and student database, Student Follow-up;
2.Guidance and assistance to make study plan according to the students background;
3.Assisting project manager to arrange seminars about study abroad, entering higher school, VIP service and so on,.
4.Assisting to provide document preparing and other supporting;
5.Check and modify application documents, such as personal statement, CV, certificate,.
6.Attend regular meetings and training sessions and complete Sales Report, keep communication with GZ headquarter and so on.
7.Assisting Project Manager to achieve the graduation rates;
8.Assisting Project Manager to perform market analysis and sales & promotion;
9.Assisting Project Manager to build up the relationships with our partners;
10.Assisting Project Manager to deal with the daily operational work;
11.Completing the assignment from the Project Manager;
Essential skills:
1.Enthusiastic in paperwork, strong writing skill both in English and Chinese;
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
3.At least 2-year related working experience, good learning;
4.Good communications abilities, such as English listening and speaking, asking questions, expressing ideas, mirroring and so on;
5.High level problem solving skills;
6.Be a team player with optimistic attitude, service-orientation, high responsibility, trustworthy and ability to work under pressure;
7.Have professional, neat, tidy, modern/urban appearance, a sense of own style and conduct with absolute integrity and honesty;
8.Communicate with the superiors and colleagues regarding any problems;
9.Be able to demonstrate 2-3 years same job or at least a trend of stability;
10.Willing and able to work irregular hours as required and international travel.
Desirable skills:
1.Related working experience (including working in Agency, Foundation Program, private school);
2.Mastering of English;
3.Fluent oral in ShanDong, ShangHai, BeiJing and other dialects is preferred;
4.Study experience in HK or English speaking countries;
5.Familiar with the process of study abroad is preferred.
崗位職責:
1.按時完成工作日誌和計劃,建立潛在顧客,公司和學員的數據庫,學員狀況跟進;
2.指導並協助學生制定升學計劃;
3.安排並參與升學講座;
4.配合團隊其他同事提供高質的文書制作和支持服務;
5.審核學生升學申請資料,包括個人陳述、推薦信、簡歷、證書、資金證明等;
6.定期參加會議和培訓,完成周報,不定時的與總部溝通項目運作情況等其他工作。
7.協助項目經理完成項目升學率;
8.協助項目經理做市場分析及策劃,項目推廣;
9.協助項目經理維護及保證與合作院校的關系;
10.協助項目經理處理日常工作事務;
11.完成項目經理交代的任務;
崗位基本要求:
1.細心耐心,性格堅韌,吃苦耐勞,有拼搏和創新精神,執行力強,熱愛文書工作,中英文寫作能力強;
2.熟練使用各類辦公軟件;
3.二年以上文案工作經驗,良好的學習能力,熟悉海外院校申請及簽證事宜;
4.具備良好的溝通能力和技巧,例如良好的英語聽說能力,在交談中善於觀察,提出問題,表達觀點等等;
5.良好的應對解決問題的能力;
6.具備合作精神,樂觀的態度,良好的服務意識,高度的責任感和信任感,並適應在壓力下工作;
7.儀表整潔,談吐得體,具有專業精神和個人風格, 誠實守信;
8.能積極主動與上級和同事溝通解決問題;
9.想長期或在2-3年內從事此項工作;
10.接受繁忙工作期間的加班,出差和額外的工作安排。
競聘優先條件:
1.有從事過相關工作的經驗(含在留學中介,私立院校或海外留學項目的工作經驗);
2.英語聽說寫非常流利;
3.能說山東,北京, 江西或其他地方話者優先;
4.有HK或英語類國家留學經驗;
5.熟悉留學市場,了解留學流程。
